How do I request a refund/return?
To request a refund, you must have your Order ID. (Your Order ID is on your receipt and in the confirmation email we sent you.) Then use the request refund/return form to submit your request.

When will my credit appear on my credit card?
Your refund credit will appear on your card 7 – 10 business days after receipt of returned merchandise.
